Louis Vervloet is the General Director of the Flemish ESF Agency and represents Belgium at the ESF Committee. He has a degree in public administration. Louis Vervloet has been responsible for the ESF in Belgium/Flanders since 1982, thus he has a vast experience in the fund. He has seen and experienced all evolutions from working with an individual application to drawing up and managing several multi-annual programmes. He was a member of the High-Level Group on Simplifcation and is one of the forefighters of simplification in general and one of the first to implement Simplified Cost Options in the ESF.
